Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote therapy services to students in Arkansas. This full-time, virtual position offers the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a meaningful impact on students' communication development.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide teletherapy services, including both direct and indirect speech therapy.
Manage a diverse caseload that adapts to student needs and district requirements.
Conduct assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and track student progress.
Collaborate closely with teachers and families to offer comprehensive support.
Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and IEP goals.

What You'll Need:

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and active state licensure in Arkansas.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in school-based speech therapy.
Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and remote tools.
Strong ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
