As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role of providing end-to-end pre-boarding services and related support for TA hiring, such as offer contract creation, global mobility support and employment checks. As a member of our Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will join a talented group of individuals who share the singular vision of impacting the quality of patient lives by engaging the world’s most talented scientists and other professional personnel. Responsibilities:

Overseeing the pre-boarding life cycle for selected candidates, including but not limited to: 

  • Offer letter creation and management in the local language 
  • Initiate and track employment checks including drug and medical screenings as required, and flagging discrepancies to team lead for review and completion of relevant forms to document discrepancies or offer rescinds due to background checks.
  • Initiating new hire processes and workflow automation while adhering to legal guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Managing international transfers and international local hires including global mobility and visa support where needed.
  • Liaising with selected candidates to ensure clarity in the pre-boarding process while providing a high-quality and timely experience. 
  • Own all communications with P&O services, data entry and onboarding teams post-offer to ensure all issues are addressed well in advance of candidate start dates thus safeguarding a seamless end of the hiring process.

Background:

  • University-level degree strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English and German or Spanish; fluent in Polish preferred

Required Experience:

  • At least 1 year of coordination or administrative experience within a Human Resources (HR) or Talent Acquisition (TA) function .
  • High-level attention to detail, analyzing information, general reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills preferred. 
  • Comfortable working in a complex and constantly evolving work environment.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with systems such as Workday.
  • Pre-boarding experience such as contract generation, global mobility or visa processing.
