The company operates in 14 states and is now expanding nationally. As an Adaptive Transportation Network Company, the UZURV mobility platform serves individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and others who need assistance with independent transportation. 

UZURV's platform combines rideshare with specialty credentialed, drug and alcohol-tested drivers to provide safe, reliable mobility and a higher level of care for the transportation disadvantaged. It's a technology platform and service that helps people who need assistance get where they need to go. About this role:

We are looking for a skilled Copywriter who is just as enthusiastic about creating compelling stories as they are about writing persuasive content that drives results. Our ideal candidate is a strong technical writer who can present complicated topics in a clear and focused way while also ensuring brand consistency and alignment to campaign objectives. The Copywriter will play a key role in creating effective, user-focused communications to support and grow UZURV's range of mobile apps and audiences. Additionally, they will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing concepts and messaging for program launches, app releases, nurture campaigns, re-engagement strategies, product announcements, events, customer surveys, etc.
• Crafting clear, concise copy across various mediums, including email, web, SMS, video, print, social, and more.
• Teaming up with marketing and app designers to communicate a cohesive brand voice, ensuring consistency and alignment with UZURV's brand values and objectives.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance, A/B test copy, and continuously refine messaging for maximum effectiveness.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards for quality and relevance.

We are excited about you because:

• You have at least 5+ years of full-time experience employed as a staff or freelance marketing/content writer.
• You have a solid portfolio of professional, in-market work (not student work - we love that too… just need more for this role). A portfolio is required for review during interviews.
• 4-year college degree 
• You are familiar with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and project management software (Monday.com ( is a plus!)
• You are a quick study, forever curious and skilled in taking big ideas and breaking them down into simple, easy-to-follow- messaging.
• You are a project management pro and organization is your superpower. You can effectively switch gears and manage competing priorities quickly.
• You possess a constructive mindset, positive attitude, and teamwork are required.
• You are a strategic problem solver with a solid understanding of how to bridge the gap between brand and direct response – all in a way that is thoughtful, compelling, and authentic. 
• You are wired to find solutions and collaborate well with others, especially under pressure. We're not kidding. We build great stuff. It's rewarding but not easy.
