Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Create dashboards and reports using BI tools
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Document data definitions, processes, and methodologies
Support data governance and data quality initiatives
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik)
Understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts
Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Programming experience in Python or R
Knowledge of data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
Experience with ETL processes
Familiarity with data governance and data quality tools
Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts
