We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish. Previous experience in Business Development within the automotive industry is required. This role will require you to actively engage with potential customers, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in Business Development within the automotive industry is required
• Ability to make a high volume of calls and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet goals
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in a Business Development or Customer Service role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet goals
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
