Job Title : Senior Network Security Engineer (Firewalls, Threat Prevention, BGP, Cisco/Fortinet)

Location: New York, New York(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

• Experience administering and engineering enterprise-level firewall solutions.
• Skilled in implementing security capabilities such as Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, and SSL Decryption.
• Experience working with firewall management platforms for configuration, monitoring, and policy administration.
• Hands-on experience with intrusion detection and intrusion prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Experience configuring routing protocols and establishing encrypted tunnels between remote sites.
• Skilled in designing, developing, and deploying BGP routing solutions.
• Experience working with high-availability network technologies and configurations.
• Strong written communication skills, including creating network diagrams, documenting changes, and composing detailed orders of operation for technical tasks.
• Experience implementing and integrating Cisco-based LAN/WAN network solutions.
• Hands-on experience configuring and installing network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, TCP/IP, and routing and switching protocols.
• Experience mentoring and guiding technical staff.
• Fortinet NSE Certification.
